If U have Received a Physically Damaged Product (For inside Dhaka Orders, You must notify us in front of the delivery man; For outside Dhaka orders, you must provide unboxing video from the Sundarban courier poly or our packaging).
If U have Received an Used Product (For inside Dhaka Orders, You must notify us in front of the delivery man; For outside Dhaka orders, you must provide unboxing video from the Sundarban courier poly or our packaging)
If U Have Received a fake Product (Must Be Notified within 24 Hours).
If U Have Received a Wrong Product Or the Product is Completely Different From The Picture of the Website (Must Be Notified within 24 Hours).
If U have misplaced an order ( In that case, you are requested to provide the shipping costs)
Return & Refund policy is Not Applicable In any of the following conditions
Change Of Mind or misplacement of an order is not applicable if have broken the intact seal.
Damages due to the misuse of the product.
Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
If U have broken the seal of a product which was intact.
Software Related Issues(Bugs, Updates Etc.) are not included

After Receiving client’s returned product, We will check the product & If your return is approved – you be eligible for refund.
